I’m on my starting stack and things that really intense. I’m really starting to panic a little. “It’s too hard, I want to leave. My hip will break. I do not like to leave in this sense pose no more stupid, I wish instructors would breathing shut up!” I realize my thoughts together right now. I realize my tendency to give up behavior, when things get tough. Then I breathe. I know my tendencies and prefabricated them happen.
